410(K) Plan

Qualified employees are eligible to defer income into the 401(K) plan after 90 days of service. Qualified employees are eligible for the company match to the 401(K) plan after completing 1000 hours of service in a 12-month period, 12 months of employment, and reaching the age of 21 years. Bank Iowa will contribute a 50% match up to six percent of an employee’s 401(K) contribution.

Employees who are actively employed on December 31 are eligible to participate in the company’s additional discretionary percentage contribution profit sharing program.
